If the order gets held up at your country’s customs office, you will have to get it from there, otherwise the order will be received at the given address. Each country has its own policy regarding customs duties. We cannot check that for you. You will have to contact your country’s customs office and ask. But we can offer to you to declare on the invoice of the ordered product a lower value. This way you will have to pay a lesser amount of customs duty. If you are in the EU the consignment is exempt from extra fees and VAT.
We ship to your country of choice . The delivery our company offers is free worldwide! It takes from 7 to 14 days . We use couriers such as DHL, EMS, FedEx and UPS.
If you do not receive your order, just contact us and we will check what the situation is and decide whether to make a refund or send your order again.
Our company offers a 2-year warranty for each of the sold products. In case of a warranty event, you can use the sticker you receive together with your order to send the item back and we will fix any issue which is not due to the limitations provided in the Terms & Conditions section on our website. When we fix it, usually for a period of up to a week, we will send it back to you. All of this will be completely free for you. And you will not need to pay again for customs duties in your country.
Yes, we can declare a smaller value in the accompanying invoice. When placing an order, note the desired value in the note box.
Yes, but you must meet two conditions. The first is to be on EU territory. The second is to contact us after a successful and paid order. VAT will not be charged extra but will be included in the amount paid.
